Maybe she did look twice...first time he was starting to come through the intersection, 2nd he was at the bank...both times not speeding. Of course I am merely speculating on what she did. I know EXACTLY what he did however....and that was a great grasshopper vs windshield @ 80mph impersonation.

Next track day go to the end of the track and glance at a bike coming down the strip and I guarantee you will see that it looks way slower than it is actually going, especially without a headlight for reference.
Had he been going the speed limit I know he would have been able to brake or swerve to avoid this. Honestly who else is there to blame for 1 persons stupid actions.

basically, the only speculation on my part is that she looked twice. When she started turning, there was plenty of room and he was still going slower, for whatever reason he accelerated at the same time she entered into traffic.

I dont think you get the point of what these other people are saying. So no matter if the girl is dumb and lets say pulled out in front of him, He is dumber for ramming a big SUV. Girl: 1 Bike: 0

It very well could be 100% the bikers fault. Who knows? Maybe the girl slipped and told the cops she was on her cell phone? Who knows.
