I'll be the biker going at an excessive rate of speed on 1 wheel and getting splattered on the windshield while parker is the moron who can't tell the difference between 30-40mph and 80mph.

basically, the only speculation on my part is that she looked twice. When she started turning, there was plenty of room and he was still going slower, for whatever reason he accelerated at the same time she entered into traffic.

I dont think you get the point of what these other people are saying. So no matter if the girl is dumb and lets say pulled out in front of him, He is dumber for ramming a big SUV. Girl: 1 Bike: 0
