Yeah...that is very creative. Looks good also. What does he charge for one?

Understeer is when you hit the wall with the front of the car
Oversteer is when you hit the wall with the rear of the car.
Horsepower is how fast you hit the wall
Torque is how far you take the wall with you

Yeah, it spins. He has been making pens for a while. Mainly wood turning. He said parts alone are about $20, and each pen takes a lot of work to make. He mainly does it as a hobby, but charges $45 to make them.

All the components are gold titanium on them too. They are high quality.
He also does it with antler too. He has made a couple half shell, half antler, or both sides antler.

He can do pens out of almost anything. He uses Cross and Sheaffer pen mechanisms.

I'm trying to get him to make a pen out of a push rod.

We used to make those in shop class, all we did was ream them out a little bit and a regular pen cartridge slides right in. Or isnt that what you meant?

the bullet casing one you posted is pretty sweet though.

I had an idea like that once. It was a "Jump To Conclusions" mat.

Well, he wants it to be functional and higher quality.

he who? arent you the one that wants it?

What do you mean by functional and higher quality? I cant picture what you are thinking. Something to spin to open and shut?

He as in my father in law (read earlier post) When I say functional, there is a difference between putting a cartridge and an actual mechanism in it. It requires more space than the cartridge, thus making the walls really thin. Yes, he would like it to spin open and shut. Like I said, he uses higher end components in the pen than just a cartridge.

We on the same page now? 🙂
