Doesn't hurt if your swapping body parts onto another chassis. Drive train parts would make it worth it also.

If you have a shitty FC aleady, just use your VIN/title off that for this clean shell........and park the original

I really don't see the big deal if you retire the shitty car eternally

the one VIN stamp is just riveted on,..I forget if there is one stamped in the engine bay or if that was on the s13 in the yard

I spose there are more through out the car, but i dunno

Mine has one stamped on the firewall. You wouldn't be swapping that without cutting it out and welding it in. haha.

I wouldn't pay 1100 to have a highly illegal car.....granted you would probably be in Nodak or northern minnesota where they don't care, but if you drove it to the cities and they checked, you would be f-ed.

Well if you're a good welder it wouldn't be a problem then. Haha.

When do they ever check the vin? I have never heard of that. if it was a skyline or something rare, maybe, but not on a car as common or as old as an FC. im going to look at it tomorrow. hes 10 miles north of where I go deer hunting.

I agree, I don't think you would have any problems
