FARGO, N.D.
A north Fargo fast food restaurant across from the Fargodome has been destroyed by fire.
Officials say the fire at the Taco Bell restaurant was reported 8:30 a.m.
Assistant Fire Chief Larry Schuh says it was a tough fire to fight with the heavy smoke and strong winds. An employee noticed the fire when she came to work and called 911. No one was hurt.

FARGO, N.D.A north Fargo fast food restaurant across from the Fargodome was destroyed by fire Sunday as firefighters battled a wind chill factor of about 30 below zero.
Officials said the fire at the Taco Bell restaurant was reported 8:30 a.m. No one was hurt.
Assistant Fire Chief Larry Schuh said it was a tough fire to fight with the heavy smoke and strong winds.
"There was a lot of fire up in the ceiling area," Schuh said.
The cause was not immediately known.
Owner John Serati said an employee noticed the fire near a water heater when she came to work. He said she got out of the building and called 911.
Flames spread quickly and the roof of the building collapsed.
Moorhead, Minn., fire crews assisted at the scene and the nearby Applebee's restaurant opened early as a warm-up spot for firefighters. Thick smoke billowed through the area for some time.
"It's tough. It's like, no one likes losing a business," Serati said. "We will be back and we will get it rebuilt."

WOW Moorhead came to help!they usually do on structure fires. MFD is the RIT team for Structure fires in Fargo (and vice versa)
As for up in Oakport - I'm not sure whos jurisdiction that even is. I 'think' its Dilworth and MFD has a real good working relationship with Dilworth so I wouldn't doubt they'd show up if requested.
