You see I was always under the impression that having the buyer add the __% for paypal was actually illegal because when you sign up for your account they talk about that and how it is your responsibility, not the buyer.

I don't remember the last time I bought something online with paypal that I didn't pay the fee these days, especially bigger items. Ebays "monoply" on that is insane. Charge the seller a fee+a % of the sold item. Then when the buyer pays with paypal, they take another 3.5%.
