yeah that is funny shit, one morning we got some freezing rain and i was going on base from killeen, i bet there was 15 or more SUVs and pickups in the ditch on the freeway. Those that werent were going 15mph in a 65. I was driving the GN with 10" drag radials on the back, doing 70 with the ass end hanging out around the corners, it was funny as hell to see the looks on their faces. One guy i went by had a new RX8 and thought it was king shit, i worked with him and he said he couldnt even spin the tires over 30 on ice, was wondering how i was doing it at 65-70, lol, i said "power?"

I remember the video from a Texas news station of a black WRX playing in the snow a couple years ago. That was funny! It was some dude from GF.

I've heard several stories about the police at a road closure (to the north) turning people from the south away and letting people from North Dakota go through. "Go ahead. You at least have an idea how to drive in this mess." Hell you don't even need a 4x4 for most of it. You just need to know how to drive.

RWD = let of the gas on ice, go slow.
FWD = keep gas steady through small drifts, turn wheel where you intend to go.
4x4 = Gun it and hope you don't hit anything.:icon_geek:
