Rivers getting nasty high up north. Dikes to 43 are only a bag or two away from the top. They were trying to add more tonight but the city engineer made us stop because it was to cold and the bags weren't forming correctly.
Well have to see what tomorrow and this weekend brings...

So did anyone else hear about how yesterday the Fargo School System canceled spring break for the High Schools next year?
I think they should have waited a while to do that...that was a good way to piss off a lot of students. "Hey good job helping out...but you don't get a spring break next year."

LOL. Owned.
In 97 we had these natural disaster days...we didn't have to make them up at the end of the year.

I just got back into town from oakport. Nothing like driving thru 1ft deep water on your street.
Water started coming up thru the storm dains at like 3pm. It turned North Crystal Creek into a mess!! I tried to take some pics when I was up there; but, my mom's camera died
They should be getting me some tomorrow. We got most of our houses up to 43-43.5ft according to the county people that where out today. We had a couple bus loads of high school students from Staples, MN. that where up in our subdivision. It was really nice of them to come down here. Even nicer for the schools to let them!
