I'd compare him more to another Heisman and National Championship QB from Florida....Danny Weurfel. He was huge at Florida but did exactly nothing in the NFL. Look at the list of Heisman QBs since 1990 and see how many have had succesful NFL careers. I count 1 (Carson Palmer). College success doesn't mean anything to NFL scouts.
