Tim Tebow will be the next Ryan Leaf..Except NO ONE is expecting him to be a top drafted QB like Leaf was. I'd compare him more to another Heisman and National Championship QB from Florida....Danny Weurfel. He was huge at Florida but did exactly nothing in the NFL. Look at the list of Heisman QBs since 1990 and see how many have had succesful NFL careers. I count 1 (Carson Palmer). College success doesn't mean anything to NFL scouts.
1990 Ty Detmer Brigham Young QB Jr. 1,482
1992 Gino Torretta Miami (Fla) QB Sr. 1,400
1993 Charlie Ward Florida State QB Sr. 2,310
1996 Danny Wuerffel Florida QB Sr. 1,363
2000 Chris Weinke Florida State QB Sr. 1,628
2001 Eric Crouch Nebraska QB Sr. 770
2002 Carson Palmer USC QB Sr. 1,328
2003 Jason White Oklahoma QB Jr. 1,481
2004 Matt Leinart USC QB Jr. 1,325
2006 Troy Smith Ohio State QB Sr. 2,540 -
Well it looks like no Favre....

Really? Really? Tony come on, you can't be that dense. He'll get drafted, as a QB and do just fine. He can read a defense better than Dirty Sanchez can.LMAO. Football>you. That is all.
Mertens for #1 overall! (I'm going to laugh if he comes out and is actually a stud this year)
Supposedly, Rachel Nichols said that Childress hasn't even spoken to Favre yet??

source close to the situation told ESPN's Jeremy Schaap on Friday that X-rays of Favre's right shoulder -- he has pain resulting from a torn biceps tendon -- have been sent to the Vikings and that the X-rays are in the process of being evaluated. If it is determined by Favre's and the Vikings' medical people that he needs anything less than "major" surgery on his shoulder, Favre will un-retire to play for the Vikings, the source said.
