maybe I should - could be a nice cool weekend.
I'll be considering it. If its an all T&T weekend I may end up going out Sunday if I decide to work Saturday.

How was test n tune on Sat? heard they didn't get started until after lunch? We got Matts car ready yesterday, but when we fired it up cyl #6 started filling with coolant.
So, we wont be out there today. It was kind of a disaster, they didn't get started until 12:30-1 as the timing system wasn't working. Then the first part opf the day the timing boards weren't working. Then they went to 1/8th miles for about an hour as that was the only system working and they had the boards working for that, then probably around 4 they got everything working and wernt back to 1/4 mile and the boards and timing system were back up.
FYI the new tech is on point about everything being to spec and legit, no more ok your good and no more running under ET w/o cages and safety equipment.

Any Idea if this will be strictyle inforced during the Tintmasters events?

From my understanding that Mustang was legal to 10.00It was a bolt in cage and the door bars were more or less non existant. Looked as if the tubing was undersized as well. he ran an 11.2 got a warning ran another 11.2 and got the boot.
I would imagine that yes tech will be the same for all events as the new owner is on point about everything being up to spec. Rules are rules and i dont see why a different event is going to change that unless they bring in their own insurance and play the risk.

sould like the tech at MIR.
The only person i have accually seen look under the carpet to see if the cage was welded or not.
