well depending on what 1.8L bottom end is in it. it's more like 12.x:1 with really huge domes which is not good at all for anything.
oh and torbs compressoin isn't everything with spool. i almost bet that makes less power as with the huge domes it would detonate easily.
but no one is stupid enough to run that and test out how bad it "sounds" like it would be.

This really isn't thread worthy, C/R has less to do with spool than you would think. It will make a bit of difference, but not a ton. And i have seen people boost CTR pistons before, lasted a little while, went ok, and then obviously cracked a ringland. Depending on the fuel used, they could do 250 whp.
Im gonna guess that he built N/A, decided it sucked, and went for boost but couldn't afford to rebuild again, since it is still on stock rods it obviously wasn't built for boost. Stupider things have been done before.
