exhaust before turbo-depends on preference. Seeing as how you already have a stereo, you are more than likely more into the style than the go fast. If you want to go fast and don't care about other shit, sell your streo, do weight reduction, exhaust intake. Or you could skip all that and take jim's advice. Many aftermarket options for civics, you must choose your path

i have to say that you do sound like a tv game show host. anyways, my stereo is just peakers and cd player.

Where can i get this intake temperature "chip" that wannabe is talking about?

Im goin to go N/A for a while and just do mods with it until i get a second job so i can afford a turbo kit. I wont be turboing it for at least another year or so.

I would like to know a good order to modify it leaving it N/A for now.

Nothing is gonna transfer over thats gonna gain you much performance @ this time, so if you plan to boost it in the near future go for suspension and wheels for now.

Definately, all depends on what you wanna do man. I had a 2001 Civic, with a very tuned D17, very difficult to get power out of. Your gen 'vic has quite a bit more potential and is quite a bit lighter. If you want power, definately talk to Nick (PSI2HI) as he has a lot of experience in performance through import motors. SLS tends to shoot out the fastest DSM's and even non DSM's in Fargo-Moorhead area. Including Honda motors. If you wanna do show, go look at some wheels and a front lip kit or whatever you like. You'll definately get a rush from speed, and most people are going to push you in that direction. But it all depends on what you wanna do, just remember with power comes a lot of responsibility on maintaining your car. If you plan on doing a turbo kit, be prepared to replace a clutch, perhaps tranny, or get an oil leak. This stuff just happens no matter what motor you work on, you put more power then it was designed for something gives. But most importantly, just have fun!

ive actaully been thinking about a b18c swap. I know some one with a first gen 'tegra that has a b18 in it and 5spd that would sell the whole car to me for $400. The motor is very strong.

if ya dont want to spend a whole lot of $$$ on performance, just do some bolt ons. Header (Not headers, dont ever say that) catback exhaust, intake, maybe even some pullies (don't expect a lot out of those either) and see if your satisfied with that.

start out with the cheapest go-fast upgrade, tear out the interior. if you want to see a honda that lacks an interior, take a look at sls's integra, or pm me and stop by my place where we currently have a 90 integra shell in the garage.
if you're going to go all-motor for your power... then n2o is your best bet for some good gains. with all-motor, lighter is better: lighter flywheel, crankshaft, pistons, rods, no powersteering, no a/c, etc. you get the idea i'm sure
