Our shop was approached by this magazine in August, and we got the magazine in the mail today. I reused pictures from a past magazine article, but I feel this article was written much better.

Other than the line about being the moron on the other side of the counter I think it was pretty good.

should have read:
“If customers do have problems, they can feel welcome coming back and exposing themselves to us" :bom:
