and im sure this video was also from either 199 or 2000 when that car was released in Europe. one thing that give that away is that fact that Colin McRae is in the vid driving the focus wrc car and that one looks like one of the earlier ones

Is that SCCA racing or some other sanctioning body? I really love road racing and would like to get into it, but it seems that SCCA is going away from our cars.

what do you mean our cars? Scca has lots of events for every car.

That is in europe, it is from a TV show called Top Gear.
