Super Nintendo
-
Well my dads super Nintendo doesnt hold memory anymore. And I think it would be a neat christmas present If I could find him a good working one. He really enjoys playing it, and it gives us some father son bonding time. Thanks. Dont really need any games but if you want to sell all your stuff just tell me how much.

Super Nintendo's don't have a hard drive. Whatever game your playing has a small battery in it that keeps the data saved on the cartridge, and the battery died.
It's very common. My copy of FF1, Zelda, and many other clasic NES games all have dead batterys.
The only thing you can do its either get another copy of the game that is newer, or emulate the game. Jim modded my old xbox and now it has every SNES game on it, and they all work perfect.
Pm Jim for more info about modding a xbox.

Thanks for the info, dont have a xbox. Figured it was something to do with a battery, idk why I thought it would be in the consul. The batteries in all of my games must be dead
Any places around town sell games still? I know toys r us did a looong time ago. Im guessing there is no way to replace the battery? -

Is it possible to take apart the game and replace the battery? I thought I heard a long time ago that it was, but I could be wrong. It is possable. Your better off emulating it.
And BP xboxs are like $50 bucks, for $100 bucks you could have every nes/snes game.
If you want to buy old games, Rock 30 games on 13th ave has many old games but then again you run the risk of the same problem.
