        Seriously?

good god settle down, the computer would only be used for editing and storing photos. im not a pro nor do i care to be. but my 14" lap top sucks for it so id like a decent sized screen.

I've got an HP w2338h 23" 1080p widescreen as my primary monitor and I love it. I'd recommend it.

If you're using a computer for editing photos and care the least bit about color correction (by eye), you need to get a decent quality monitor. Trust me, I've got 3 'cheap monitors sitting next to each other and the color is nowhere near the same.
