im talking on the main roads where you dont have pull out half way into the street anymore that theres hardly any snowbank left.my driveway still has a towering snow bank. the rain isn't going to do anyone favors when it comes to flood levels, but we haven't gotten enough to go into panic mode.
if you want to, go ahead.

Im going to start filling sandbags now for next year, i should be able to do about 3 million by then. When the water comes up again, ill sell them to the city, pre-made, on pallets, ready to go. For a small fee. Say about $.33 a piece.Well, did you follow through with this?

how? we havent gone over normal moister totals this month so far. the rain this week shouldn't be a concern for anyone. That makes about as much sense as this does.

I'd say it takes it a hell of a lot longer to desend then to rise, cause the Hudson Bay it flows into, in Canada, is still frozen. -
which is about as funny as this.

We are fucked.what i said didnt word right, but whatever. just by listening to john wheelers weather report this afternoon on the radio, he said that the avg moisture we receive in march is forecasted into the flood crap, and we haven't hit that point where we should be concerned. especially when it looks like drier days ahead.

water is going up fast.... if this keeps up, we will hit flood stage by 2 am... they say 18.1 by sunday, but looks sooner than that. Fargo is having an emergency city flood meeting tomorrow at 8am.... sandbaggers needed... they are giving out incentives now to volunteers. Like bon jovi tickets, and other things...
it is rising at a rate of about .1 ft an hour... and as of 915 it was at 17.64
the Wild Rice of MN went up 4 ft over night... Buffalo in Dilworth went up 4 ft in 24 hours...
