Anything in your basement that is able to be moved with human strength is not covered by flood insurance. Only your electrical and hardline appliances(water softner,water heater, furnace) Trust me, if you have an unfinished basement and you don't plan on making a dike out of anything other than sandbags, your flood insurance is pointless.

got flood insurance today, although it never usually floods in the part i live in West fargo, but i only live about 2 blocks from the sheyenne so i figured i'd rather be safe than sorry.

He does underground work so I hope so lol. My brother just bought a little Takuchi (sp?) and that thing is fun, the guy he was building a house for decided he wanted a longer garage after the footings were all poured so I got to take em out with that little monster good times. i was on a road crew setting pipe for a couple summers, and they had a 220 and 300... a 400 would be a big machine

what kind of permit does it take to get it down the highway?, that thing has to be 90-100k lbs by itself

About 100,000 I just hook up the gooseneck and pull it down the road with my pick/up. What are the permits for???
