Wouldn't it all be up to your insurance provider? As each is different and has different fine print...

The driver of a class A authorized emergency vehicle may:

sadly, i'm unable to find something to specify exactly what a "class a emergency vehicle" is, so i would appreciate if someone (i'm looking at you chuck 😉 ) can clarify or offer links.

actually, i was hoping for one of your "this settles it" statements of undeniable fact. i hope the century code that we both cited is enough.

Obviously not, as I'm sure Adam is smart enough to use google to research his point. A google search won't yield anything other than the case studies he mentions.

I have the ND Century Code bookmarked, I got the website off a law book of my wife's. Here it is in case anyone else wants to look at it: http://www.legis.nd.gov/information/statutes/cent-code.html

My brother just bought a little Takuchi (sp?) and that thing is fun, the guy he was building a house for decided he wanted a longer garage after the footings were all poured so I got to take em out with that little monster good times. Good luck to you all I'm looking forward to a nice leisurely spring thaw up here.

so the NWS says its a 96% chance of major flood level. and a 70% chance of going past 37 ft.
