Head Work

I will be coming home at the end of march for my two weeks leave and i want to get my gsr head into a shop so when i come home home i can get my build on the road asap. Im not sure of any really good shops in fargo besides bergs but i was wondering if anyone could recomend me a good shop to take my gsr head to, to have the valve redone and the head shave. Any advice would be great thanks in advance.

I would if i had all the parts for it and the head was finshed being torn down for them unless they would do that for me but like i said im still waiting on the new valves and valve springs to be delivered...

They will have no problem taking it apart. If they are as busy as they were last spring. If you bring it in when you get back, you probably wont have it done in 2 weeks.

How good is M & J, I've heard good and bad thing about them

Well they don't suck. brad has always been very nice and done great work for me. I have never had a problem over there. Now qaulity also does great work, and i bring things over there when Brad doesn't have experience with what i need done (ron pin bushing work).
So really bring it to one or the other they both will get it done right for you.

we have all our heads rebuilt (stock heads for stock used cars) at m and j. the only problem we have ever had with them is getting the wrong gasket kit in the mail..
