Sunday, May 1st gets my vote.
Not finals week for nost of the college students, usually nice weather. I'd say Lindenwood is always a decent spot - room to roam and there is a fair amount of parking to check out people's cars.

Yeah I would go with a weekend in late April but make up the date soon so I can get off of work.
