Exhaust shops

Just gut the cats out. They'll still be there physically but they're empty on the inside. Kind of like a lot of FS members.

Best bet is to find somebody with access to a stall, then do it after hours all hush-hush. It's (I think) a $10k fine to run with no cat, and it's worse for businesses. Dealerships can lose their franchise over it.

And yes, I have heard of people actually get fined by the government after authorities take notice. But hey, the government does offer payment plans...

I'm not trying to gain respect by doing something illegal. I am not a criminal nor am i black so i have no need to wave my ignorant disregard for the law around on an internet forum. I figured some people on here might know some places or people in fargo that could do it for me. This site IS called FargoStreet and all.
