I just reciently purchased a honda with boost option and from seeing it in use and seeing what it can do, I would say it is really worth it.. All you have to do is find someone that can tune with it and you will be set... There is a few places in minneapolis that tune hondata, however, in my opinion, I would not recommend going to elite motorsports.. I have had BAD BAD things happen there.... hope this helps ya out!

              This is integra_gsr98 posting...

If it is an older stage'd system I can tune them on our dyno. 465 whp on my car w/ conservative timing. Let me know.

If the tuning capabilities ever gets around here I would look into Neptuned...cheaper with more options than Hondata. Greanted you can't tune it yourself, but most people probably shouldn't be tuning themselves anyhow.

I have been in touch with the people from Neptune as well. Seems that is going to be a little more difficult to come by. It sure would be amazing to work with that though.

Hondata has all of the functionality of a full stand alone inside the stock Honda ECU.

Full 3 dimensional control of low cam timing, high cam timing, low cam fuel, and high cam fuel.

Our shop's h22 ek went from 168 whp running just a chipped ecu to 185 whp once I finished tuning it with Hondata. Another hour of tuning and I think we would have even had 190 whp out of it. And that is a stock JDM h22 w/ intake, header, exhaust.

My car on the 462 whp tune got 33 mpg driving to sioux falls and back so that was pretty amazing as well.

Results are never a given though. Each car is different.
