Holes in trunk lid?!?!?!?!
-
I have did the same thing... I used bond the first time.... It worked for the time being but then it will expand and contract with the weather and you will see a hairline crack where the whole was... Then I moved to jbweld.. this seemed to work alot better.. I have not had a problem since then but now that im redoing everything im drilling out the jb and welding them shut... Hope this helps ya out.

Who told you my secret? Nah, I used electrical tape to cover the holes when I took off my spoiler, it was only temporary so it's alright.

dont be dumb. if you weld the holes the metal will warp. I have welded on bodies of cars before and it warped with the lowest heat possible. Your best bet is to get a new trunk lid.Not if you know what you are doing. I welded in a roll pan, and a filler piece for my tailgate handle with no warping at all.
Dont tell people something cant be done just because you dont know how to do it right.
