The Beta is going to have problems that's what its for. FWIW it was very fun around 11-12 last night when everything was working, and I had to go to bed :(. Regular boosting, what happens in Halo, is not a queer as fucking tactical inseration next to your buddy so he can get a nuke and end the game 2 minutes in. I've boosted people in Halo, but dropping the sniper rifle for someone and watching their back while they work on a perfection etc. is not really the same. I guess the biggest difference is I can hold my own with nearly anyone in Halo, MW2 I get killed by some dual ranger, marathon, lightweight, motherficker from 20+ yards with one shot. Hardcore is the only mode worth playing anymore because the majority of the players are more mature and just wanna have fun.

Oh I'm the one complaining, as if anything you guys have said about Halo was something other than a complaint. FWIW that ranger motherfucker I was referring to only pisses me off after I start shooting him then he turns to bullshit kill me in one shot. Don't lie its happened to all of you and you have wanted to throw the remote through the TV.
I do sometimes get stuck with little kids in Halo, however most of them take winning very seriously (maybe a little too seriously), and some of them are incredibly good. There is a 10 or maybe 11 year old now, in my friends list that would straight up dump on any of us.
In any case the beta has been a blast so far, I can't wait for the campaign and some new maps/game modes. Oh and why is Stockpile so popular I had to go in the arena just to play some freaking slayer.

Um you don't have to be good to help someone that way, but that's beside the point. I didn't mean it that way, you just took my statement and twisted it so you could insult me, I bet that really get the ladies hot. I hope you got something better than that. Maybe this should move to RYM, since delslow is misinformed and I wanna straighten him out. I never bought guitar hero. I rented it once maybe twice with the 20 bucks I had left over after paying all my other bills. I was broke what the fuck else am I gonna do with my time? I might have been late with my rent a couple of times but I always paid it.

I do not like it. As a <u>huge</u> fan of Halo 3, I expected better then this.
Its pretty looking, great sound effects, but the gameplay is lacking. I Hate the wepons. No battle rifle? Are you fucking kidding me? They replaced it with a rifle that is the same as the magnum but with a better zoom and a few more bullets.
Did the needler need a rifle version of the same gun? Fuck no. The needler now takes almost a full clip to kill a person instead of 7 needles like halo3.
I know that we don't want the same game as halo3, but jet packs and all this new BS just makes the game too out there for me.. if this is the future of Halo, COD here I come.
P.s. I hate both beta levels/new game types.

I don't like a couple of things but I'm hoping to see more polish when the actual game releases. I hate that I can run through someone hosing me with the AR and beat them down just by hitting melee faster shouldn't happen. If you get in a close quarters fight first one to melee wins every time. The AR needs more power, the grenades are too powerful, active camo is a joke especially since if you sweep someone with your weapon their name pops up, hammer lunge is way too far, tanks are too easy to take down, banshees are too slow and It should not be possible to lunge melee or assissinate an elite using evade. Invasion slayer kicks ass. Focus rifle is awesome, I like the aiming bloom also less pulling the trigger quickly and more aiming carefully.
