*Who was selling the unkown clear plastic CRX front end cover? HELP!
-
I remember awhile back that someone on here was selling a clear plastic full front end cover for a CRX. If anyone remembers who was selling it/ if it's still for sale/ etc. please post up the info. I'm driving my CRX 1000 miles to Ohio this summer and the hood and front end will be freshly painted. I'd like to find something to cover that up that's stronger than tape.

Damn brain fart, coulda swore I saw it on here. Well if I can find a deal on a bra I'll get it just for travel, I just hate how they trap dirt, water, and crap.

Duplicolor makes a spray on protector, I remember seeing at Wal-Mart but I'm guessing the various auto parts stores should have it as well. Tape off your lights, spray it on and when you get where your going it washes off with soap and water. I've never used it or heard any feed back on it, but I figured I'd throw it out there as another option you might want to look into.

it was either on here or northernanimation, i remember seeing it myself, and i have never been on a honda forum besides for links.

From experience, the cloth bras tend to do more damage than harm. Sure they protect the front end from bugs and road debris but all it takes is a little dust to get under it and they'll scratch your paint. Dust + wind movement from driving = scratches. I personally would rather go without one than have one on my car, that's just me though.
