NEW releases from Cobb

COBB Tuning has just released a few new products for their 2010 lineup. First up is the COBB XLE BPV (BOV), this item has just recently been released to their COBB dealer network. It had previously only been available through COBB tuning directly for retail customers. This is a long awaited release from COBB and I’m sure they’ll be really popular. The XLE BPV features a few different modes for their user to configure depending on how they’d like them to perform. In addition to this they’re adjustable in piston preload depending on your vehicles requirements.

            The next item is the COBB Tuning adjustable endlinks for the 08+ WRX and STi.  These rear endlinks are CAD designed CNC units which have an anodized finish and PTFE surface where friction is present.  They feature heim joints at each end which are threaded to allow precise adjustments in length which eliminates unwanted preload for the sway bar.  The spherical bearings enable the sway bar to work with maximum efficiency for precise handling and feedback.

            The last item is the COBB 3” FP Turbo Inlet Hose for Mitsubishi EVO X.  These inlets are designed to work in conjunction with Forced Performance 3” turbo applications.  These hoses are designed to move large volumes of air quickly and smoothly, they have 4 plies of steel-reinforcement to prevent collapse while their silicone construction eliminates the OEM style accordion construction but still remains compliant for the engines natural movement under load.

COBB Tuning Adjustable Rear Antiswaybar Endlinks for the 2008+ STI are threaded to easily remove all preload from the bar and provides consistent handling balance in right and left turns. The construction of these endlinks start with carbon steel bearing rod ends utilizing a PTFE (Polytetrafluoroethylene) self lubricating corrosion resistant coating. The CAD designed and CNC machined spindles are 6061-T6 aluminum and hard anodized for a long lasting finish. Our endlinks were designed and assembled in-house for optimal strength, performance and durability. Adjustment is as easy as loosening the jamb nuts and turning the spindle to lengthen or shorten the endlink while installed on the car.
