Do it!!! Man a 2.3 turbo ranger is one of the thing I've wanted to build forever, and a splash to boot it'd be sweet. If you spent $1,000 building that motor you'd better make more than 300whp. The head on your n/a 2.3 has bigger valves iirc. So use that head, get yourself some decent pistons and rings, then freshen everything else up. Maybe $500 so far, and with the stock turbo you should make around 250-300whp. You'll need an intercooler as I'm sure the top mount won't fit.yeah my dad said i could even buy a kit for the engine that will make it push like 1000hp but damn i don't need that much lol it will be 300whp+ i thought it was cool too

and the 2011 Ford Raptor XT is the racing raptor and they have a v8 6.2L with 500hp they made a street legal raptor like the racing one with the same v8 6.2L with only 411hp.

No one makes 1000hp kits for the 2.3, but if you get on the SVO forums you can learn a lot about how to make a potent 2.3 turbo.

what?No, they made a race version of the raptor. The 6.2L is old news - been planned for the truck since it was released. Matter of fact, the 6.2L is going to make its way into the 2011 F150s as well. Doesn't make them a race truck.

yeah the raptor is a f-150 i knew they were gonna put a 6.2L in the 2011 raptor f-150s... they say its the street legal version of the racing raptor and its got 411hp but i could be wrong

Your dads works on busted ass old cars so he "knows" about a 1000 hp kit. lulzwell he was a race car driver and he has tonz of trophies and most of them are 1st place and everyone that lives around us asks my dad for his help and my dad has built a 800hp engine right in front of my face and i got pictures to prove it and he is a master technician and he works on all cars he used to work on other peoples race cars... he was working on my uncles race car for a bit... he has certified many mechanics...he has built a couple of cars from the ground up as race cars.... and other mechanics ask him what they should do when they have troubles and my dad solves the problem... yeah i believe he knows what he is talking about

ive built an engine from ground up for my race car and im going to be doing another high hp build so if anybody needs my help im a master technician
