Best BMW dealer?

So whats the area's best BMW dealer? Cant find what im looking for at BMW of Sioux Falls. I heard there is a dealer in MN that is hard to work with? Please correct me if I am wrong.
The car is for my Mom, and I am trying to get her into a diesel, but she says she might want a drop top, so either a 135i or a 335d are what I am trying to find. Looking for like a hold over vehicle or like a 1 super super low mile 1 year old.

I have serviced my car at both BMW Motorworks and BMW of Minnetonka.
I had decent service at MW. With that being said, it didnt really change the way people "treated" me. It felt as though my business was to the least of their importance while I was there. I was frequently "Talked down to"...
As soon as I heard of Minnetonka I scheduled my next service appt there.
I have nothing but good things to say about Minnetonka. The people there are far more personable. The actual dealership is amazing (Its the largest indoor showroom in the world)... heaven for any avid BMW fan.
Anothing thing to consider is the fact that Motorworks in corporate and Minnetonka is owned privately.. if that is at all a reflection of how the people are.
Summary- Go to BMW of Minnetonka

Thanks for the responses. I will check out Minnetonka's inventory and see if they have anything that she wants. I would like to get her a 335d awd, but being as they only have them in europe, that sure puts a hold on that.

I had a wierd sunroof problem on my blue bmw. Motorwerks had my car in three seperate times and never got it fixed. Minnetonka got it the 1st time around.
On the sales side, Motorwerks wouldn't even let me test drive till my 2nd time in, Minnetonka threw me keys and said not to crash it.
Big difference in attitude all around. The chicks at the front desk of motorwerks are hot though.

The one and only time i've been to Motorworx i test drove the 2009 z4 and they just handed me the keys and said go ahead while my 07 was getting an oil changed and a couple of other things done to it... but this is after my dad had talked to one of the salesman over the phone a couple times about trading my 07 in on the new style... so dunno bout the whole just walking in and getting treated right or not... haven't been to the Minnetonka one yet but hopefully soon...

So on average, how much are BMW dealers willing to deal? My friends dad bought a 2009 135i that was a holdover on ebay, he put in a buy it now or best offer of 10k under what they were asking at they took it. I would really love to have her order a individual, but I am not sure if she wants to pay full MSRP.

Your friend must have been exaggerating- Maybe 10k off the MSRP with low millage (Considered used holdover). You should expect MSRP or close to it on most new BMWs
As far as "Individua" spec'd BMWs.. anticipate MSRP or close too it.
They are made in the factory though. BMWs are mass produced automobiles, why buy new?
I would recommend looking around for something that has less than 10-20k on the ODO, let someone else take that initial depreciation hit. Like I said "Mass prodcued"- meaning there are large quantities of these cars out there... There is bound to be a car with the exact specs you want for sale in the next month or so (Unless you really desire some of the exclusive properties included with the "Individual" option)
IMO If you have the cash to buy brand new, take European delivery on it. I have heard nothing but amazing accounts pertaining to it. Ill be doing it when I can!

Words of advice- Dont let her buy a car w/ out the Sport Package... Its a must IMO. Premium Package is a close second but you can get by with out it if the car is individually optioned well.

ill keep that in mind, I know for sure she wants the premium and cold weather packages. Im sure my dad will want the sport package. Does Dinan do anything for the diesels? any chips or anything? I also heard that BMW will not let you have Dinan performance parts on the car and still maintain the factory warranty like they use to, any truth to this?
