What bolt ons do you have on the hatch? And what tires were you running when you ran that 14.6 @ 99? I don't really buy that was done without nitrous. It had to have been on the bottle. My reasoning is because I ran my 92 DX hatch that was under 2000lbs to a 14.5 @ 91 on 20" slicks, and that had a stock LS swap in it.

99 mph is good enough for low mid 13s as well. I do not buy it either. Especially on the motor.
Granted most of us are more worried about trapping 99 mph @ half track. haha.

I had my Zex bottle in the stands w/ my Girlfriend she was holding so nobody could think I was spraying, 2nd that was the run I beat Jerry in w/ 95 Ex coupe w/ his b16 swap w/ nitrous I believe he ran a 14.7.
My motor has Skunk2 manifold, Aem CAI, DC header, JG 85VT80 Cam, 2 1/4 cat back, accell wires, b20 TB, elderbrock cam gear. ect.. Oh and my hatch weighed in @ 2040lbs w/ out me in it.. I dont care what you guys think, I have the slips to prove it somewhere around here, and treimche w/ the LS swap those engines arent shit, I can take those if I launch in 2nd gear. W/ my 9k redline and fully built motor that will be in this weekend dont be suprised if I take your GSR w/ ungodly amounts of boost you run! Oh and I will also have slicks to this year and probally be spraying when I feel like making you look bad.
Dont doubt somebodys time just because I know how to put together a SOHC motor on stock internals and make all you guys w/ your B16/b18 3-5$k Swaps look bad getting smokes my little hatch w/ 1.6 sohc motor in it. It will be on as soon as I finish it up this weekend and get a chance to break it in real quick.. -

Fastest ET and highest MPH for $1k?That little white hatch with an LS swap ran 13.2 with 20" slicks and a 50 shot STOCK 175k mile motor. When you run 13s you can start talking. And for all of your talk we've got a little red hatchback SOHC w/ some boost stock motor you can probably play with for some money too.
12.5s overheating w/ a headgasket that let loose @ 1000 ft on only 9 psi? Fuck on 15 psi it's gonna be a nasty little beat down.
And my motor was stock DOHC.
