I also like the X vs Y idea. Whether it's FM area cars vs visitors, or North vs South, or whatever.

I like the vs idea. Maybe ND vs MN or north vs south whatever.

Also, and this would be harder, one vehicle and a contest who can go the fastest with it. Obviously that would be tricky and there would be a screening process for participants. Maybe round up a "beater".

I think a DJ would be better then a band as well, maybe add a dance floor/area infront of DJ.
