when i read that story i thought "dang" if your finger did come off, wouldn't you notice? ha i mean how can you not tell that your finger is probably somewhere in a 1,000 gallon pail of chilli. i had just eaten at wendy's the day before that, so i don't think i'll go back there for a while. anyone know how much they're getting sued for?

They might not get sued since technically it wasnt "their" fault but since she was "a bit grossed out" i think she'll try lol. Hell if some woman can get millions from Mcdonalds for burning hot coffee theres gotta be loot with chilli that comes with a finger lol.

my guess is that it happened at the factory that makes the chili (overseas maybe??) and it was just never found even after it was reported.
