Actually you can... Say "Fuck off give me my fucking ticket and let me get the fuck out of here." She will have to give you a ticket and cant do anything about you swearing at her. Now... when you do this make sure your car isnt running and your keys are out of the ignition. I had a friend get a ticket for road rage for flicking a cop off once... and the judge wouldnt throw it out.

I think it depends on the cop and how hard of a time they want to give you. A charge like disorderly conduct is rather broad.

Edit: Just checked 126dB. Not quite loud enough for some of our exhausts.

as for the loudness of exhaust on a vehicle, i believe it's supposed to be something like 90+/-5db at 6ft (maybe 3?) when idling or at 1000rpm. one would want to check for sure before making a big deal out of it.
