Computer Anyone?

Hey i have a custom built pc with a AMD 1800 chip and a 500 watt powersource, a DVD rom drive, a 60 gig hard drive, with 256 mb of ram, it lights up blue in back and red/orange up front and the side, it hasn't been programmed with windows or anything like that, and a 8 or so year old monitor that works pretty good. the problem I have with it is that it says NTLDR missing so I'm gonna get that fixed probably this weekend. I paid 700 for parts so 350 if that sounds ok.

I forgot. I have a windows xp home edition that I have never used, I would also throw in that, plus if you wanted a good screen, i'd throw in a plasma flat panel for the same price.

i think ntldr is just a network system file.. isnt it? should be an easy fix by just reinstalling windows, or formatting/reinstalling if its a virus or something.

xp pro and the upgrade with the service pack 2...only way to go

ehh there are some issues with service pack 2...im not quite sure its the answer just yet...service pack 1 is prolly the way to go for awhile right now
