fuck hondas beat me all the time. ask tuftes hatch, fucker walked me. im just sayin its nothin big when you beat sti's from a roll. we got vids of showing how pathetic sti's are from a roll, mid-3rd gear is just a power droppage. but next weekend ill be happy enough to get together from a roll and see how i do.

hay man i never said my car was soooo fast just said i beat an sti was kinda suprised being my car is so untuned. U are they one making excuses about the drivers and them being all stock....so sounds like to me you got some issues
well the dude did run a lot of 14 second passes in a 13 second car. dont you think driver skills play an issue in this? i know your cars fast, ive seen it at the track. it's not just a real big accomplishment to say i beat an STi from a roll. but i dont wanna get in an argument over it. lets just take it to the tracks(may 21st i belive?) -

I doubt it... thats a light ass civic, and USDM Type-R engines are 170hp... dont know what a JDM rates at though. With mods and tuning he could easily reach 250hp N/A. Not to mention its a high reving high compression beast of an engine.
even the h22 which is much bigger engine rarely sees 250whp N/A, im not saying it cant be done but its not easy now if u started with a bank roll of around 15k then i guess u could say its easy.. but anyway jerry knows what i think about his car.. -
very clean, and tastefully done car. looks tight. I bet it a blast to drive.

It shouldn't be too far off tune, since it's a stock ITR motor with I'm assuming the proper stock ITR ECU, and an intake and header. I'm sure if you tuned it with an AFC or something you might pick up another 5-10HP at most.
yea i agree but i dont have itr ecu its obd2 i have obd1 so im runnin p28 mugen ecu
so yea maybe 10 hp? -
Even 10 whp on a stock motor is hard to come by. That's a big jump all motor.
Best bet would be swap the program on the chip to stock ITR and call it a day. -

prolly not..............Unless you touched the motor you're not going to get 10 or more whp out of a tune past a stock ECU chip on a relatively well tuned stock B series motor.
Burn a chip utilizing a stock ecu map and then see where you can go from there.
The last all motor car I tuned picked up between 17 and 23 whp and it was far from stock and far from running an ECU program anywhere near the stock chip.I/H/E on every car I have dynoed has never provided any major gains at all. Mid range yes, large peak increases, no. Maybe you'll have better luck if you carb it.
Haha.
