So when me and brandon hjermstad got our exhibition driving tickets for doing cookies in the school parking lot, officer dahl said that he wrote the tickets out as like a city ordinance or something like that so my insurance company wouldnt be able to see the ticket on my record. Well just got a letter in the mail today that says i lose my %15 discount because of that ticket, so now my insurance will be about..........$200ish a month. GAHHHHHHHHHH i hate the lieing sack of shit and i have always hated insurance and hate them even more now.

i seriously didnt know that cookies in a parking lot were grounds for an exhibition driving ticket, if i would have known that i wouldnt have done them. Im not mad about the fact that i got the ticket, i know i deserved that, im just mad that he lied and said my insurance company wouldnt be able to see it and they actually did.

Anytime you spin your tires under acceleration on public roads/parking lots, it's grounds for an exhibition ticket.

At first I did it for fun, then I realized I made the investment and had to do it!

I got a exhibition ticket for doing a burnout in an empty parking lot with 1 person in my car at south at 2am. The smoke cleared at there was a van sitting behind me, I tried to leave and he tried to block me off, turns out he was a security guard. I dropped the kid I was with off at his place, going back home a cop pulls me over, so I pull into souths parking lot, I was surrounded promptly by 4 cops, blocked in, as if I was going anywhere, I already pulled over. That faggot security guard called the cops and said he saw me doing donuts and 180's in the lot. I called bullshit. I told the officer running the show that I have a one wheel wonder, there were clearly 2 trackmarks from a posi and put simply my car is underpowered to do that, I even offer to spin the tires again to show him that only obne goes, he believed me after he looked at the 1, 30 foot mark that I claimed and said he woulda let me go if he had seen it but they had to call everyone in and give me the ticket because of what the security guard said. So exhibition at 2am with nobody around. I deserved it, and the officer complimented my car. He also said do it out of town next time.

i never knew that exhibition driving was just a city ordinance. I always thaught it was a moving violation just like speeding or something. Is that why if you do that stuff out of town you dont get in trouble for it?

i talked to dahl tonight. He said it was a city ordinance and that any check of my police record or through the police database would NOT show the voilation. So obviously they did some hardcore in depth looking to find it....also the reason for dropping me wasnt "exhibition driving" they lableed it as "racing/illegal racing" or something like that

                        It's definitely your insurance company...

I got pulled over in Georgetown, took the cops six, yes six miles to catch me cause I was doin 115..clocked me in Kragnes at 75...

He gave me a warning and said I'm sure your parents pay your insurance so I'll let you off...sure enough the next day the insurance compnay called up and knew everything...

ask them what the law is for DB on the "engine noise" and let them know they are free to bring their meter and test your car anytime anywhere.

^thats what I was told^....so define "loud engine noise." If they are gonna ticket you for something without written guidelines that apply to everyone across the board then your fine will be thrown out or reduced. The cop just told me to have a nice day:)
