I would get it notorized, last year when i raced i called ahead of time to make sure that all I needed was the parental waivers and they said that was it. Then i got to the track and they started changing their mind on me, then i had to tell them who i talked to on the phone that said it was cool for me to race and they finally let me go race. So I'd definately get that notorized just to be safe.

I didn't have it notorized but i had to have the guy that signs the waiver saying that he witnessed your parents sign it, i had to have that guy come talk to them saying he was there and what not. It's a little hard to have your parents come when your from j-town.
