The engine or the car lol? Two different things there, the SVO mustang was a quick litte bugger that ran mid to low 15's stock. The reason they stopped producing them was Ford was charging $4,000 over their top mustang model (GT's) base price, which eventually led to their demise. Not because they were junk or kept breaking.

That sucks about the comment, but there are plenty of stupid people anywhere you go. I'd probably have gotten the same thing, even though my Probe is the most "non-import" model of them all.

By the way, the Probe's 2.2 turbo 4 was originally designed for use in small trucks.

I know, I have always just found it funny that ford actually attempted to put a turbo in a mustang.....which in the first place should have a damn big ass motor in it. One day, theyll wake up and realize that they should bring in a bigger motor, and build it right to where itll compete against a vette.....but in the mean time, one of my favorite cars right now is the Lotus Elise.....finally made it over here and now they are looking to supercharge it bringing it to 248 horses.....amazing what that much power will do to a car weight in at only 1400 lbs....i believe or 1700, can't remember.
