Wow...Just read thru this site...Very interesting, thats all I gotta say...
and no my parents didn't pay for the car...they are helping me out w/ it for now...and even if they did...it shouldn't matter....
The car is being re painted the first week in August at Odden's.....I picked out a different color pink...its like a pearly metalic pink...and its gonna be sparkly...I'm super excited, plus then all the talk about the bad paint job will stop...hopefully....

This is going to sound like I'm picking on you but REALLY I'm just trying to help. Don't take it to Oddens, IMO they are overpriced and extremely overrated. I have heard great things about NZ Customs however and just looking at Tufte's IS300 should be proof of NZ's work, looking at the butcher job they did on Fradet's Integra is part of the proof of why I don't like Oddens Chop Shop, that and the "so-so" job they did painting and final finishing my buddies fiberglass dash in his civic (it was the green one at Toppers w/ the 15" monitor in dash) is what leads me to believe they are a bunch of no-talent hacks. I'm honestly just trying to save you from some criticism here Shellster, get it painted at a quality shop.

I wish I could work a minimum wage job, live on my own, pay bills, and buy a 15k+ car.......u do the math it sure doesn't add up!

look at the bottom edges of mark fradets doors. Clear coat drips are horrible. Shelly, don't make the mistake of doing it wrong. its cool that you are going with a different color pink, but that neon pink was balla. oh btw, are they making you supply the 30 pack for when they clear coat your car? -

But for what you pay for their "service" you are not getting your moneys worth. Again, take a look at the paint job on Nick Tuftes IS300. There are no hard lines, no runs. Its pretty damn close to perfect, and it cost less. Now look at Marks car, the body kit doesn't line up, there are some pretty bad gaps, the fuel door isn't round, the friggen engine bay wasn't even painted....I can go on and on and on. Do yourself a favor, go somewhere else. NZ Customs does an excellent job and if you want an extremely high quality paint job go to Black Magic Customs in Devils Lake, ND, talk to Stan and Jamie about what you want done and they will work wonders on your car, again for less than what you'd pay for Oddens most likely. Abra in Bismarck is also good, Tom Hager is the guy to have paint your car there, probably one of the best painters in Bismarck, if not all of ND.
