Just finished welding the tabs to mount the intercooler, gonna start the piping now. Hoping to have this ready for SCN. Parts are finally starting to arrive, desperatly waiting and hoping the fuel pump assembly and return line setup come into stock as they've been BO'd for weeks. What great timing huh, 3 days before :-/.
Setup:
T4/GT40
24x12x3.5 FMIC w/ alum piping
440cc injectors, Walbro 255HP, SX fpr
MAP ECU converted to speed density
TIAL 44mm wastegate
TIAL 50mm BOV

To big?? I got a 3 liter now. Don't have time to swap a headgasket in for SCN so it should make around 325-350 or so on 7 psi. After SCN im gonna drop the headgasket in and run anywhere from 10-15 psi, whatever it take ti make the power. @ that boost level it should be in the 425-500 range depending how conservative i run it. The MAP ECU has full capabilities for datalogging, fuel maps, timing maps, nitrous controls, etc where as the stock ECU is set timing and cannot be retarded via cam sensor/distributor.
