IIRC, a stock 4.2L block fed by a turbocharger was making 400HP, testing the limits of the stock 4.2L block. A properly built 4.3L stroker should be plenty stout to make some respectable horsepower.
as for what this guy is (actually) running... good question.
(honestly, from what I see... a tacky domestic [yes, it's tacky - 20s, inaccurate badges, and a damn stalker body kit {worst one out there IMO}] typically doesn't have a whole hell of a lot done in the performance department) -

maybe it is 4.6 or 4.8 whichever you said but i swear he told me it was a 4.3l. Maybe i was a little out of since i just got off of a long ass day at work. LOL and i am not really a ford guy so that would be why i have no clue.
