Thx to Nick for working late and getting the downpipe done tonite, it turned out really nice. I have the GT42 on there now (temporarily), will see how that works down at Thunder Valley this weekend.

I went for a drive tonite, this thing sounds very angry.... unfortunately there is a boost problem, it's a 20 psi spring in the wastegate, but it instantly makes 25 psi then climbs to almost 30 psi. I think the WG is too small... :mad:

Oh, I thought this was pretty cool, after I got back home I turned off the car... popped the hood, got out and opened the hood and stood back a couple steps... the turbo was still spinning like crazy.

yeah i was gonna say that WG looked way too small for a turbo of that size...you upgraded turbos but emensely downgraded WG sizes...

It's a 40mm wastegate... much smaller than the 60mm I had on the last header.

Looks like you are just going to have to run 30+ psi, sorry Dave no other option.
