fuck you. I have no ivlove ment with that AT ALL. THE ONLY THING I DID WAS RIDE WITH HEATH TO BRING THE PIPES BACK TO KEVIN.Sorry I didn't get on here sooner. I will tell you EXACTLY WHAT happened. Since I have no real hardcore friendship with either of them and I am not a suspect for stealing <ANYTHING>, this is a unswayed truth of how it happened.
saturday night. I was sitting at jon heath and morgans apartment, with a bunch of people. they took off to go "get pop" at petro(like max said). They came back without any pop about an hour later. after that it was a normal night. I came back the next morning to help heath work on his car. I was there for about 2 hours, and we got a bucnh of belts and shit back on his motor, and sometime he mentioned to me that john didnt need intercooler piping anymore. I wondered how that was possible since Nick refused to do any work for john. then he told me kevin's pipes were gone too. and i pretty much figured the rest out for myself. never saw the pipes once. Monday night, I go to crookston and bing heath with to work at a dance for class music. i dropped him off and took off. I came back at like 11 on tuesday and he told me that he had been locked out of the apartment the night before. and he brke the door trying to get in and he got into his bedroom and all his shit was in there. he told me that we needed to start taking shit back to his house because morgan kicked him out of the apartment. so we started doing that. got bacxk and heath needed his toeing strap out of johns car. we went to johns work to see if his car was open. he went into the hatch to get the strap and grabbed a bunch of red intercooler piping that looked exactly like kevins. then he got in the car and said we were going to straightline to give the piping back. we dropped it off. heath told kevin that he drove there, and john took the pipes. heath told kevin he didn't know that he planned on doing that when they went there. we left, moved the rest of the stuff out of heaths apartment and went home. I got a call from alien himself at about 9:30 or so telling me to come to the shop. didnt tell me the reason. so i grabbed a bat figuring i was gonna get the shit beat out of me for helping heath steal the pipes, since maybe they thought i was in on it too, and headed down there ready for whatever. as i pulled into the parking lot of a dark SLS/D, amidst the thousands of broken DSMs, civics/crxs and such, I see 2 cop cars, johnson jim nick kevin ashley jeremy kirk and frietag chilling in the parking lot. as soon as i got out of the car, a cop asked me if I was joel, and got this whole entire story word for word that I am telling you right now.
As for the bullshit about MWC, we got a bug to start something, and heath already had a bunch of detailing shit, john was selling shit, and we just messed around with stuff. we detailed for scotty, fradet, collins, and justin. they all loved it. me and heath were more enthusiatic about it than john. but now it's pretty much over since neither of them talk to eachother anymore, and I don't talk to either of them much. mwc wasn't a business that stole stuff and sold it on ebay. not my part of it anyways, and if thats what the name is affiliated with, then i will gladly burn my shirt. if anyone wants to ask me questions that i haven't already answered now is the time. I will be honest about everything I know, and I probably know the most about it besides the two suspects.
ps sorry for the spelling errors, I had a really long day and don't feel like going back to fix them

yes i was driving, but on the way there i had no idea what was going on. John said he needed stuff from his car.

I wanted shit to be right with Kevin and for my own conscience, as for the v-afc, it was given to me by john and he said that his friend gave it to him as he didnt need it anymore, Holden has been contacted as to see if it is truely his afc or not. I am trying to turn this shit around. John is running from it. If he tries to deny that he was even there, there is a bunch of pple that were at our apt that saw us leave. And trying to use girl's agianst me as evidence, come on?

if you were gone for an hour...why didnt you get curious? i mean, john and kevins car are on completely other sides of the parking lot. you had to know he was doing somethin suspicious. why didnt you call him in or anything?

i didnt call him in cause i knew that i would be in trouble too just for being there, so i tried to right things outside of the law. Joel and i discussed later that what i should have done is just called the cops and let them get the piping from Johns car.
