    Did the drivability and dyno tune on this car on sunday (customer from Mpls) Pretty good numbers for a pump gas NA 427 LS1. Mind you this is all GM factory injection with a 427 iron block LS1. The customer called me back on the way home and said he managed just shy of 30 mpg. Technology is good. 🙂

    This was tuned in house with our LS1 edit software

                  Because your 1g doesn't have a custom tuned ECU and, I am guessing, a 6 speed transmission with alot of overdrive in 6th gear.

                      The one in the f-body's and Early GTO's is a 346. There are many others available, www.ls1speed.com

                      Just had to correct that as its one of my pet peeves when someone calls the LS1 a POS 350.:)

                        The block can be resleeved and used with a stroker crank to achieve 427 cid, or a C5-R block can be used.

                          As I stated earlier, this is a 6.0L iron truck block, not a C5R or factory alum block- just to clarify
