when you're banned can you still view the site but not post, or is the site blocked? Is it by IP or username as well? Because you'd think people like joel (who is banned i see) could still view the site at school or elsewhere since its viewable while not logged in. Kirk told me some story last night about using their computer when he was down visiting last May or April or March or June (His wording, not mine) or something and then they saw it in the history....long story short, they visit the site every now and then and saw this and thought they would ban him.
