people start high because they can always go down. If you ask 4000 you cant turn around and say you wanted 5000 for it. Also noone is going to offer you it. He probably wont sell it for 7,500. When you put that much money into a car you dont want to turn around and sell it for book. This car is definitly worth 5-6000 IMO.

TOTAL ~6,500 (high) ~5,ooo (low)**thats just for a body kit, i dont now what type if paint, exct and accounting for stereo or others, so his starting price seems right to me.
and theres no added shipping on body kit so add a hundred more alteast. -
