I don't know about him, but I get pissed when people say the same about me. I've been working fast food since I was 14, and am doing so through college, and have paid for every part for my car, including my car which I bought with my own money a couple days before I turned 17.

Just trying to say there are people out there who still pay for their own stuff.

Kid paid for everything. His parents will not even give him 5 bucks if he needs gas. I know him pretty well. In the summer he works about 80-90 hours a week, winter its about 50-60 hours.

car isnt that great, honestly the boddy work isnt the best. The doors dont seal because of the lambo kit, and they just built the a-pillers out to match the doors. Also they didnt paint the engine bay or the trunk jams.

also, most the parts on that car are ebay parts(very cheap and a lot of work had to go into making them fit/work)

i could see your point if he was picking on the car but lets face it what he described is true...it was poor body work...its the same kind of criticism that marks car got...the car is FAR from perfect and it does have problems...

I did not say that at all. I believe every car should be talked about fairly, etc. I know my car is perfect and honestly I'm glad about that. It gives me something to do with my time. When I do a lot of work on my car I hope that people speak the truth about how it looks or whats wrong with it. I don't want people to just be like yeah thats cool and don't really give me any input. I will repeat it again, the body work on that car was very subpar, whether or not it has to do with the shop or cheap parts. It just a fact. Just cause harwoods car isnt particularly nice, that doesn't mean it takes away his right as a car enthusiast to speak the truth and his opinion about the car. He did not use slander in anyway. It was just cold, hard facts. Alright, I'm done explaining this and I didn't want to rub anyone the wrong way with this.

ok, i didnt say its not nicer than mine, but body wise it is, and also my car isnt a "show car" like his. My car is being built to get the shit beat out of it. It will never be "nice" in your opinion. But its not being built to be "nice" and trust me, that del sol isnt that nice. do a once over on that car, look at the interior, look under the hood, go over the body work, look underneith, there is alot of rust and bondo on that car. My car has no rust, no bondo, and is clean, not agressive looking.
