I got a set of gauges for the Mazda off ebay and want to install them. Has anyone ever done it themselves. Is it hard? Anyone know how to do it with skill and can do it for me for some $$$?

Be careful... have somebody that ACTUALLY knows what they are doing.

if you fuck up your gauges won't work anymore

Tools: double sided tape(3m prefereabily), scissor, screw driver, and a fork. DO NOT TAKE THE NEEDLES OUT. Simply put tape on the back of the gauges, and try to slide over your old gauges cluster. Those gauges can be cut and still works. You a fork to lift all of the needles up(very slowly) a bit to make sure that it wouldn't stick .

Obviously this is your first time, so remove your cluster and work on it in a warm environment. Take it slow when sliding the face onto the cluster, try not to bend the needle too much. Don't get frustrated and remove the needle, some people learned that the hard way....
