Legal question regarding drivers license.

If your drivers license is suspended in ND, can you apply for a MN drivers license if you have property there for MN citizenship or whatever. Is it illegal just curious?

My roomate is in the military and had a Florida license that was suspended he applied for and recived a ND license, however when he got pulled over for speeding later they ran his social, and got the 2 licenses pop up....and thats against the law you can only have ONE drivers license, so he was arrested for driving on an invalid ND license since it was obtained while he had a suspended FL license.

Soooooo, I didnt get a DUI, I just got a MASSIVE speeding ticket
and was denied a temp license due to too many violations (I got a lot), so I can't drive in ND? I'll talk to an attourney and see if there is any other option I can take. -

If your license gets revoked in ND you cannot legally apply for or obtain a license in a different state. Period. (Studied that in my law class in highschool...and in drivers ed)

The point system is a vicious cycle, anyways I found out according to my attourney that they can't deny my temp license request with a seal stating current employment and academic attendance. So all is well.
However that means no cruising, that means I drive STRITCLY from work/school/home that is it. If I am caught driving anywhere else beyond the designated routes, I will get a DUS which would suck. But for 5 weeks, it's something I will have to deal with. Life is all about consequences, I made some bad decisions and decided to break the law, now I suffer the consequences.
