Who wrecked the white dsm today?

Accident at 5:00 tonite on 25th Street in the intersection just South of I94. Part of the front bumper and the FMIC were laying in the middle of the street. Looked to be a 1990 or so Talon.

It was a newer dodge, i dont remember the guys name but he sped through a red light an and pretty much drove over the front end of bobby's car.
